Step 1: Book a Free Strategy Session
In a 15-minute call, I learn about your property, priorities, challenges, and project goals. You receive a written strategy, a realistic cost range, and recommended next steps—whether you hire me or not.
Step 2: Document Your Site With My Guidance
I guide you through the information needed for a property-specific plan. This can include photographs, video walkthroughs, measurements, surveys, architectural plans, site history, existing irrigation information, and your observations about sun, water, wind, problem areas, and daily use.
Step 3: Review Your Custom Design Direction
I analyze the site, develop the plan, and meet with you virtually to review the design in progress. We discuss layout, priorities, tradeoffs, and implementation before the final plan is completed.
Step 4: Move Forward With A Clear Plan
You receive a coordinated plan that can guide contractor pricing, phased installation, appropriate DIY work, and future property decisions. Depending on scope, I remain available for implementation questions or construction-management.
