1. Fill out the questionnaire to let me know you want to get started and provide me with important information about your project.
2. Measure your site and take photos. Send me your site sketch with measurements and photos as .PDF or .JPG files.
3. If you would like to share images you've collected from magazines or websites, submit these as well & I can put them directly on your plan.
4. I will contact you when I have reviewed your project, usually within a few days, and send you a contract to be signed & returned. At this time I will also set up two to three web conference appointments, typically spanning two to three weeks. Flexibility is important to me, and I will work around your schedule.
5. Web conference meetings will consist of an initial 1 or 2 working meeting(s) in which you can see and discuss my creative solutions to your needs and we can arrive together at a place of agreement on the direction of the design.
6. Fifty percent of your payment will be due following your first meeting with me.
7. A final meeting will allow me to present your master plan(s) to you.
8. You'll receive a .PDF(s) of your plan(s) in a few days. These will be large-format and easily printed at your local printing & reprographics center.
9. The remaining fifty percent of your payment will be due upon receipt of your plan(s).
10. I encourage you to fill out a feedback form on my website. I care about your experience with me and seek to improve my practice through quality customer relations. (Note: The bold text should be a link to a small bubble window form or just a form, whatever works.)
11. When you have completed your project installation, I would love to see your photos!
